We had an exceptional experience with Xcēd a few years ago with a major kitchen overhaul. They took everything down to studs and gave us the gourmet kitchen of our dreams, designing around all of our needs, and maximizing every inch of space, and the project even finished AHEAD of schedule! 

We were so impressed with Xcēd’s work that we had them remodel a bathroom during COVID. Same professional service and terrific design. Excellent communication from the whole Xcēd team during a challenging time to get anything done.

Not all teams listen and 'hear' what their clients want; this is a group that not only comprehends a design concept, they bring it to an entirely new level with their fine-tuned system where concept and schematics turn into a visual reality within a timely manner and on budget!

Working with Xcēd was a fantastic experience. I worked with them to gut and rebuild a master bathroom for one of my clients. For those who read reviews from 2021 several years from now, please keep in mind that 2021 was a really challenging year for contractors due to COVID related labor shortages, supply chain constraints and surging COVID cases that made project coordination very challenging. We had consulted several contractors that refused to provide tangible project timelines. Xcēd on the other hand gave us a weekly schedule of project deadlines and delivered on the schedule to get the full project across the finish line in a timely manner, despite hiccups along the way due to COVID related issues that were completely out of their control. 

Xcēd was transparent and communicated with us daily to keep us updated. I especially appreciated that they delivered on every minute request I made. 

I am very pleased with the final product and will absolutely work with them on future renovation projects. I would highly recommend Xcēd.

Xcēd Design Build does impeccable work.  They are professional and really work with the client to create the space the client envisions!  We could not be happier with our space.

Demolition was effortless and there was minimal dust. Other friends who have done renovations have told horror stories about the companies they worked with - dust everywhere….this was NOT the case with Xcēd. They were incredibly clean and conscientious.

The design team came up with multiple renderings of the space until we were settled on the perfect design for that space. We added so many thoughtful features that are both helpful and amazingly sleek.

Even during all of the supply issues and challenges with staffing during the pandemic, they were on schedule with the work and worked through any obstacles quickly! The project was completed on time and is exactly what we envisioned.

We will never work with any other design-build company, but Xcēd.  If you want your project done right, you need to work with Xcēd.

We loved working with the Xcēd team on our home renovation. We completely redid an outdated basement to make it a more functional and comfortable space for our family and update a fireplace in our family room. The spaces are now beautiful and modern.

Xcēd made everything super easy, quick and smooth. Since it is 2020, our family had to live here through most of the work and their entire team was very considerate and clean.

I had done one prior apartment rehab hiring a "one man band" contractor with a van of tools and the experience was a nightmare. For the 2nd one I was looking for a much more professional experience and that is what I got with Xcēd. They were excellent and worked with my budget in order to make the project happen. 

Xcēd provided a full detailed proposal with plans and pictures as well as a clearly worded contract with deadlines. Weekly communication was superb and I now have a fully renovated rental with a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a fresh finish all around. Thanks guys, will work with again.

Xcēd has done an amazing job for the work at my family's home. They do great work from start to finish. There were some minor hiccups along the way, as there can be with large projects, and they made it clear they would be handled quickly and professionally, which they were. 

I was expecting an argument based on my previous experience with other "design build" contractors (with mistakes found during the project) and instead I was greeted with an apology and fast action to get the issue resolved.  Their subs all work hard and were very polite to my children and pets.  

We have used them for years, and they treated my small rental project as well as the very comprehensive projects at both my home and my business. 

I appreciate them working with my budget, my time frame, and my ever changing requests.  You can turn your keys over to them and go on vacation, and have full confidence that everything will be completed and cleaned up when you return. They will probably even make sure the plants are watered and your dog was walked while you were gone!
