Residential Loft
A complete renovation was needed to transform this once builder grade 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft unit in Chicago’s River North Sexton Building. Once the design phase concluded, Xced executed each room with precision, creating a sense of romance and drama. Our team believes in the power of transformation through art and the fluid potential it has to define a space, inspiring the people inside it. This is represented greatly in the kitchen and dining signature areas.
