This project is close to our hearts as the clients are industry partners of ours and had decided years ago that once they were ready, they’d hire us to rebuild their bungalow house into the home of their dreams.
With a full 2nd story addition and complete gut, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath home became a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with an open kitchen floorplan that stayed true to the integrity of the bungalow building character. The basement was reinvented for an additional family room, storage, playroom, bathroom and laundry, while the second floor became the luxury bedroom suites. We were proud to host them back home and celebrate the journey we had been on together for this beautiful remodel.
