Xcēd Design Build is known for completing large projects throughout the city and across Chicagoland. However, in this case, we were asked to add function to an already noble office space. This commercial space, with their strict hours of operation, needed our professional team to be discrete, precise and efficient in our delivery so affluent clients who walked through the space were never interrupted by work being done in the room next to them. Our experience managing a variety of projects helps us shine above all others when it comes to ensuring we leave minimal trace during renovations.
